This training at SSMRV College would help students to develop competencies and capabilities. It would help them to develop interpersonal, communication, team building and leadership skills, for greater productivity and performance and above all ‘employability”. The course structure is progressive in nature and would see a rise in level as each semester progresses. This has been done keeping in mind their present requirement and making them ready for a scenario down the lane. Initially, the program would cover the First year students and gradually would go on to include the other semesters as well.
