‘Teachers are the torch bearers of the Gen – Next’

In India, 5th of September is celebrated as Teacher’s Day as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to the society. September 5th is the birthday of the great teacher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishna, a staunch believer of education and a well-known diplomat, visionary, statesmen, scholar, President of India and above all a perfect teacher.
Teachers mould the life of students by guiding them, by enriching their personalities, by imparting ethical and moral values and have more influence on them. Teacher’s day is celebrated with great enthusiasm in many parts of the world, this day is dedicated to the teachers with a sense of respect, appreciative encouragement and support for their devotion to their students.
The teacher’s day was celebrated in Sivananda Sarma Memorial RV College in the seminar hall on the 5th of September, 2022, organized by Mr. Jagadish A, Staff Council Secretary & HOD, Dept. of Business Administration, SSMRV College and team members, encouraged and supported by the Principal, Dr. S. Anil Kumar and the faculty members. Along with the SSMRV family, sisters from the Brahmakumari Samaja also joined us to wish our teachers on this occasion. All the faculties were given a gift from the RV management as well as the Brahmakumari Samaja as a token of gratitude. Our beloved Principal, Dr. S. Anil Kumar was honoured by the sisters of Brahmakumari Samaja and Nagarathnamma, Senior Member of the Samaja was felicitated by our Principal, as a mark of respect.

 

Teachers Day at Sivananda Sarma Memorial RV College was celebrated with a lot of anticipation with a sheer of occasion, the event was concluded with games and refreshments.
